Meet the Team

Elise Fabbri
Founder

Hello! I’m Elise, I am a seasoned professional with a lifelong passion for construction and sustainable practices. My journey into the world of buildings began at an early age in Massachusetts, immersed into the world of home carpentry and hammering nails with my dad. Fueled by a passion for buildings as well as a deep concern for climate change mitigation, I attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I earned a B.S in Building and Construction Technology and culminating with my semester at Yestermorrow Design Building School in Vermont.

I have worked sustainability consulting in New York City for several years, mostly focusing on multifamily development and affordable housing projects. In this journey, I’ve certified dozens of EnergyStar, LEED, PHIUS and Enterprise Green Communities projects.

My experience in both design and construction phases is extensive, providing design review consultation, program feasibility studies, energy modeling, state incentive applications assistance, construction crew trainings, on site air sealing inspections, EnergyStar inspections, building efficiency testing, and program certification. I am a LEED Green Rater & AP, PHIUS + Verifier and CPHC.

Through my diverse experiences and interests, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every project I undertake. I hope to help build more sustainable communities and bring a positive impact to any project team.
